According to a recent news conference of Ningbo Municipal Government, Zhu Da, Vice Secretary General and spokesman of Ningbo Municipal Government, announced the major points of work of the government in the first half this year, including the new progress in the reform of the system of administrative approval.
In this year, Ningbo concentrated on the improvement of administrative efficiency to improve public services and environment for development. It started a new round of the reform of the system of administrative approval. It eliminated or adjusted 90 municipal-level administrative approvals. In the half a year after Ningbo Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce opened the “on-line registration”, it handled 7,500 applications.
The improvement of services in the highlight in the work of streamlining administration and delegating power. With the implement of the plan to concentrate the administrative approval windows, 99.05% of the administrative approvals are accepted at the windows and 93.38% are handled at the windows.
