7 counties (cities or districts) of Ningbo among China Top 100 of 2014

The findings Scientific Development Evaluation on China small and medium-sized cities were released recently, which published the rankings of "China Top 100 Counties 2014" and "China Top 100 Districts 2014". Cixi, Yuyao, Xiangshan, Yinzhou District, Jiangbei District, Beilun District and Zhenhai were among the list.However, Fenghua, Ninghai, Haishu District and Jiangdong District were not in list.
The rankings of "China Top 100 Counties 2014" and "China Top 100 Districts 2014" were released by the Organizing Committee of China Small and Medium-sized City Scientific Development Summit, Small and Medium-sized City Economic Development Committee, Social Sciences Academy Press and Academy of Northeast Asia Development.
Among the cities and districts in the list, Ningbo account for 3, Cixi ranking 5, the top in Zhejiang Province, followed by Yuyao 12 and Xiangshan 58.
In the list of Top 100 Districts, Yinzhou, Beilun, Zhenhai and Jiangbei ranks 5, 12, 57, and 63 respectively. Beilun climbed one. However, the other three declined compared to last year. Yinzhou, ranking 2 last year, the first one in Zhejiang Province, dropped to number 4. Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou, however, rose from 5 last year to 4 this year, becoming the new champion in Zhejiang. Zhenhai and Beilun, 18 and 28 last year, had a sharp drop, 30 lower than last year.
Besides, other achievements were released too. Cixi ranks 5 in "Top 10 Conservation-minded and Development City" and ranks number 1 in the "Top 100 Cities with the best potential of investment". Yinzhou and Beilun were also selected as "Top 100 Districts with the Best Potential of Development", ranking 16 and 45. Among the top 100 towns, Xizhou Town in Xiangshan and Zhouxiang Town in Cixi were selected, ranking 44 and 94.
