Yuyao bee pollen exported to Canada

On April 1, the first batch of 500 boxes of 10,000 kilograms of bee pollen, produced by Ningbo Jinteng Bee Co. Ltd., were exported to Canada for the first time after inspection and quarantine by Yuyao Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
In recent years, directed by the improving strategy for enterprises, the enterprises in Yuyao County have vigorously improved their product quality, taken part in internal and international expositions and strengthened the development of E-business platforms. As a result, they are giving a better presentation of their products and target markets have been greatly expanded. In the meantime, the supervision of such stages as bee base record management, bee pollen labeling and batch management, product traceable system and risk monitoring of security projects has been carried out by the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, which has paved the way for the export of bee pollen products. According to statistics, in the first quarter this year, 10 batches of bee pollen with a total amount of 205.6 tons were exported, up by 330% and 170% respectively.
