3S service offered in Jiangdong District

Early since the beginning of the year, the Jiangdong District has been innovating its service for talents, establishing a 3S(service net, speed and standard) system.
The service net refers to two aspects: online and offline. Online service projects have been improved. For affairs that have to be progressed online, applicants now can spend less time with seven days at most for common affairs and 15 days at most for special ones. More than 500 applications have been progressed online and over 2,000 posts offered. The offline service has also been enlarged. Home for Talents, the first one in Zhejiang Province, has formed a service network with the service center for talents, human resources industry garden and workshop for enterprise talents to offer better service.
Service speed has been increased. Top talent projects have the priority to be tackled more quickly. Early in the beginning of 2013, a high-quality overseas professional was introduced. To make it possible to apply for the Recruitment Program of Global Experts, service workers finished the introduction procedures within days.
