Ningbo has Accelerated the Construction of “Cloud Agriculture”

During the period of the 13th Five Year Plan, Ningbo City is planning to update the development concerning “the issues of agriculture, farmers and rural areas”, which will be a burdensome task. According to what is learned from the city’s conference on rural work convened on February 17th, Ningbo City will give priority to “six major events”, concentrating on solving some basic, fundamental and prospective problems while driving integral elevation by making breakthroughs in key areas in the present and future stages.
The city has accelerated the construction of “Ningbo Cloud Agriculture”. To carry out the relative work, it has made innovations in the rural cooperative economic system, deepened the promotion of the joint development of the rural cooperative economic organizations, expedited a highly effective operating system and mechanism while making it the service complex of rural household management of production and commodity circulation, the benefit community of the agricultural integration and the service industry and the supply intermediary of the agricultural public service and implementation of policy.

Based on the modern agricultural parks and predominant industrial cluster districts, it has forcefully cultivated the modern agricultural complex dominated by agriculture while fusing the secondary and tertiary industries and combining the multifunctional innovative industry, thereby developing it into the advanced form and updated version of the modern agricultural parks.
The city has strengthened the integration of the capital concerning agriculture.
