Cixi’s circular agriculture demo area listed among the provincial-level key projects

Several days ago, in an economic plan issued by Development and Reform Commission of Zhejiang Province, the circular agriculture demonstration area in Hangzhou Bay was listed among the provincial-level key projects.
Information comes that the accomplished investment of this project is 1.8 million yuan while its total investment reaches 500 million yuan. The focus of this year will be the construction of the demonstration area of pollution-free production in the eastern part, for promoting the breeding of 1,000,000 chickens and 5,000 cows as well as the construction of 25,000-mu demonstration field of water saving. Upon its accomplishment, agricultural resources and wastes will be recycled in every industry within the demonstration area in general which help to realize clean production and zero-emission.
“911 Action Plan” is an important carrier for promoting recycling economy in Zhejiang Province. It’s also the measure taken to carry out the “Co-treatment Strategy” of the government, to accelerate the solving pace of haze problem and to promote the transforming and upgrading of industrial structure. According to the announcement of “911 Action Plan”, in order to facilitate the development of recycling economy in Cixi, the Bureau of Development and Reform took full advantages of superior supports and actively applied the key project of recycling economy.
