Foreign-invested Enterprises Realize Paperless Online AS

Information from the Cixi Municipal China Merchants reveals that foreign-invested enterprises in Cixi may resort to paperless online annual survey by means of electronic signature. Currently, there have been 346 such enterprises finishing the online declaration.
It is said that foreign-invested enterprises start declaring in April 21 of this year, and this is a trial operation run to realize an all-round reform in annual survey system of these enterprises. A relative director of the municipal China Merchant said, "Compared to the previous joint annual survey system, audit reports provided by accounting firms are not mandatorily required after this reform, which saves lots of human and financial resources for the enterprises." In order to perfect the functions of online AS system, Accounting Firms End is added and enterprises can entrust accounting firms to handle declaration. Meanwhile, the online AS system realizes paperless declaring formalities and all paper materials are rejected
In addition, through this reform, the government institutions accelerate the construction of enterprises credit information publicity system and have realized a transformation from auditing-oriented to supervising-oriented pattern. The publicity of enterprises AS information facilitates their self-discipline as well as the social supervision.
