F&B and retail are highly active

From the data, catering and retail accounted for 48% and 37% respectively, which shows that catering and retail are still the two trump card formats. In terms of catering, the first store of Chinese catering and baking brands is the most popular; In terms of retail, clothing has become the main force of expansion.

In June this year, a light luxury brand sold more than 1 million yuan in a single day on the opening day of Heyi Avenue; On the opening day of Ningbo Hankyu, a baking brand attracted a large number of consumers to "check in".

In terms of retail, clothing is still the key format introduced by various shopping malls, including Ningbo Hankyu Department Store, Ningbo MixC Mall, Ningbo Yinzhou Impression City, Ningbo Heyi Avenue Shopping Center and other shopping malls.

Yin Qiuping, Director of the Consumption Promotion Division of Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce, pointed out that Ningbo's consumption boom has been shown since the beginning of this year, and the consumption engine is still accelerating. Official data show that in the first half of this year, Ningbo achieved a total retail sales of social consumer goods of 241.41 billion yuan, a cumulative increase of 9.1% year-on-year, an increase of 2.3 percentage points over the first quarter, of which the total retail sales of social consumer goods increased by 9.7%. The per capita living consumption of residents in the city exceeded 22,000 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.1%
