Talent Center To Be Built in New Material High-Tech Zone

The 32nd executive meeting of municipal government, chaired by acting mayor of Lu Ziyue, was held on September 4, which deliberated and approved the Several Opinions on Building Talent Management Reform Experimental Area in Ningbo New Material High-Tech Zone.
According to the Opinions, the government will offer tax preferential policies for high-level talents who work in the New Material High-Tech Zone and preferential policies for the start-up of high-tech companies and intermediary agency of talent, S&T, finance and management. It will set up fund for S&T achievement transformation, increase the earnings of inventors, speed up the construction of S&T incubators and accelerators, encourage financial support from banks and provide preferential policies on household register, medical treatment, social insurance, housing security, resident visa, spouse job and children nursery for some talents. The Opinions will be released after further deliberation and modification. Some relevant supporting measures for its implementation will also be issued later.
A group of opinions, regulations and implementations were deliberated and approved at the meeting to further standardize and strengthen the development of estate management and services, land reserve, international conferences and exhibition, municipal conference and exhibition, exchange and micro loan management and broadband services. Reports on the development of the 3315 team program was also been made at the meeting.
