500 SMBs participated in the foreign trade factory show

Small and micro businesses (SMBs) not eligible for the CICGF (China International Consumer Goods Fair) now have an opportunity as 500 SMBs have become the professional clients of the foreign trade show, which opened simultaneously with the CICGF.
On Floor 2, Building 7 of the convention and exhibition center, a rich array of commodities are gathered here, including molds and stationery from Ninghai, hardware from Yongkang, daily necessities from Taizhou, bags and suitcases from Dongyang and textiles from Ningbo. All these companies are exhibited according to their category. However, it is not as lively at the show as at the CICGF and it has fewer visitors. “To have more targeted visitors, our show is not open to ordinary consumers. Visiting foreign trade companies and export and import companies can only enter with their name cards”, said a staff member at the foreign trade show.
We saw bath books displayed by Wenzhou Jinhao Stationery & Gift Co., Ltd. “After introducing foreign equipment, we develop our new product, EVA books, which never fade in water”, said Tang Yuanlu, president of the company. The new product sells so well in the US, Germany, France and so on that it has been in short supply. Mr. Tang reproduced the assembly line on site with both samples and equipment. “Don’t you fear that it will be copied?” Tang said that he was not worried about that at all. “Although the equipment is not expensive, the product only sells well with a sizable market and stable clients.”
