According to a meeting held yesterday on financing guarantee, after the 2-month trial operation, Ningbo on-line financing platform for middle and small enterprises officially opened.
The financing guarantee plays an important role for the development of middle, small and micro enterprises. In the last year, the business of financing guarantee valued 24.288 billion yuan, increased by 61.1%, covering 29.68% of the total of new loans granted to the middle and small enterprises. For this Ningbo is among the best in China. "Banks are having more and more cooperation with financing guarantee companies and this has laid a solid foundation for Ningbo to further standardize the business of the financing guarantee companies," said a related authority of Ningbo Municipal Economic Information Commission. This year, with respect to the business of financing guarantee, Ningbo will make a shift from quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement and ensure the growth rate to exceed 20%.
By the end of last year, Ningbo had 79 underwriting companies, whose registered capital totals 4.191 billion yuan.
