E-commerce talents most popular among Ningbo enterprises

Enterprises which do business on the Internet platforms offer well-paying jobs to seek e-commerce talents and business service industry begins to take proactive measures to recruit employees who have a full understanding of the whole process of e-commerce. Currently, quite a number of manufacturing enterprises also put an advertisement for recruiting e-commerce talents. While the Internet plus strategy becomes this year’s buzzword, e-commerce talents are now becoming the most popular group for Ningbo’s enterprises in their recruitment.
Mr. Zhou, marketing manager of an online store in Ninghai, tells us that the enterprise he works for has yielded nearly one million yuan in the first two months on Tmall. However the fast growth has brought not only the joy but also the concern over the lack of operators. Therefore, recruiting and cultivating e-
commerce talents have become the priority among priorities of the enterprise since last year. It is learned that more and more industries have witnessed years of fruits by entering e-commerce field in recent years. Taoyou Electrical Appliances of Cixi, once a small enterprise with no big deals, has doubled its revenues in recent years after engaging itself in the Internet. Kang Fute, a health and fitness facility making enterprise, also achieved big profits both online and offline after starting with e-commerce.
Examples set by many forerunners make Ningbo’s enterprises target at e-commerce talents. On this year’s Graduates Job Fair, e-commerce positions have ranked top 10 for the first time and many enterprises have even offered very well-paying jobs to attract mid-to high-end e-commerce talents. It is learned from the previous job fair for e-commerce talents held in Haishu district, enterprises, in order to attract mid-to high-end talents, offered positions with annual income of over 120,000 yuan generally. The annual income of over 500,000 yuan was also seen in some of the positions. To meet the need of enterprises for e-commerce talents, Haishu district has launched Monthly Job Fair for E-commerce Talents. Jiangdong district will also scramble for e-commerce talents on the large-scale Spring Job Fair to be held on Saturday.
It is learned from an official of Ningbo’s Human Resource and Social Security Bureau that enterprises getting in touch with the Internet have grown exponentially. The gap of e-commerce talents is expected to exceed 300,000 people this year. With more and more enterprises taking advantage of the Internet, e-commerce talents will still be the popular employees at many job fairs in years to come.
