According to Ningbo Statistics Bureau, from January to August this year, the investment in real property in Ningbo reaches 24.76 billion yuan, increased by 27.7 % over the same period of last year. And Ningbo is No.1 in Zhejiang in both the total and the increase rate.
According to the updated figures by Ningbo Statistics Bureau, from January to August this year, the total social fixed asset investment amounts to 119.773 billion yuan, increased by 22.2 % over the same period of last year, increased by 0.8 points from January to July, and 8.8 points above the same period of previous year. Of the investment, the investment above norm reaches 113.904 billion yuan, up by 22.6%.
Statistics show that from January to August, Ningbo has 5.5 points higher than the average in the increase rate of the investment in real property in the country, increased by 3.4 points from January to July, and 1.9 points above the same period of previous year. For this, Ningbo is No.1 in Zhejiang in both the total and the increase rate, and 17 points higher than the increase rate of Zhejiang.
