The 13th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Expo will be held on May 11. On May 10, the cooperation promotion activity themed on "cooperation between Zhejiang and Guangdong in promoting development of cultural industries" was held in Shenzhen, when ten cooperation projects were signed, including two that will settle down in Ningbo. 

The two projects are the OCT ecological and cultural tourist project at Siming Mountain and the HKCTS cultural town project at Hangzhou Bay. The former project will be located at the Jishigang Town of Haishu District, a 15-kilo distance from the city center. With a total floor area of 130,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 50,000 square meters, the project will consist of culture-themed hotels and low-density residential buildings. The tourist resort will provide 4000 job vacancies and will have an annual reception capacity of 700,000 tourists. As is known, the second phase of the project will be launched in 2018. 

The HKCTS project will be located at the start-up area of the new coastal town of the Hangzhou Bay New Zone, with a total development area of 1000 mu and a total investment of eight billion yuan. Based on the internationalization philosophy of the new coastal town and the ecological and hot spring resources of the new zone, the project will be built as an ideal holiday resort for tourists and it will be a new tourism symbol of the Hangzhou Bay area and even the East China area
