On the 7th, the "Kur" LNG (liquefied natural gas) transport ship docked steadily at the "Green Energy Port" terminal of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) Ningbo, reloading 65000 tons of liquefied natural gas from the bonded warehouse onto the ship, and then transporting it overseas for sale by LNG ships. This is the first time Ningbo has conducted bonded LNG offshore transshipment trade in East China, following the implementation of the province's first bonded LNG refueling business for international navigation ships in June.

At the beginning of this year, Ningbo issued the "Action Plan for Building "The Hub Free Trade Zone "in the Ningbo Area of the China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The action plan proposes that the Ningbo area should be built into a hub free trade zone with "good global accessibility, excellent internal and external connectivity, strong resource allocation, and high integration and innovation", and become a benchmark for the national "hub free trade zone".

Since the beginning of this year, the Ningbo area has made more than 10 innovations: Ningbo has obtained IGP&I permission for the TradeGo digital bill of lading system; its "no inspection" mechanism for foreign ships about to leave has been implemented in 21 member countries and regions in the Asia Pacific region; its bonded LNG refueling and landing for international navigation ships has been implemented, and supervised cross-border e-commerce export pre warehouses has been implemented, making breakthroughs in the province and even the country.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the construction of China's Pilot Free Trade Zone and the third anniversary of the listing of the Ningbo area. Ningbo will contribute more to the construction of China's Pilot Free Trade Zone through the 'Ningbo Initiative' and 'Beilun Practice', providing solid support for the construction of a modern coastal metropolis, "said the person in charge of the Ningbo Free Trade Office
