The First Commercial Community in Haishu, Ningbo

On May 5th, the City God Temple Commercial Community opened, the first Commercial Community in Ningbo that distinguishes from any traditional residential community.
This community has Qizha Jie in the east, Lianqiao Di in the south, Jiefangnan Lu in the south, and Yaohang Jie in the north, covering 0.25 square kilometers. It also boasts 5 mega buildings and 4 shopping plazas, where more than 2000 businesses employ 15,000 workers. At the moment, we complete establishing a CPC committee, a commercial committee and an integrated service centre. The CPC committee is essential to leading the community. The commercial committee, which consists of property owners, management companies, enterprises and businesses, is a professional proprietary organization. The service centre focuses on party building, administrative operations, business fostering and community services.
Commercial community is different from residential community. While the latter provides services to residents and families, the former hopes to facilitate businesses, employees and consumers. A commercial community is a core business circle in central city, where business people are active in their operations. The grass-root community develops a well-functioned commercialized municipal hub that enjoys public resources and considerable supports from the general public and the business sector as it seeks to allocate resources in ways that upgrade transportation, commerce, business and living environment.
