At present, China is advancing the "one belt, one road" strategy and the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategy, providing new chances and platforms for the major cities to deepen the opening to the outside world and speed up economic transformation. As an important port city in the southeast coastal area of China, the economic center of the south Yangtze River Delta area and one of the starting ports of ancient silk road on the sea, Ningbo has the responsibilities and positive actions to be connected to "one belt, one road" strategy and the Yangtze River Economic Belt strategy.
