Officials to take the lead in setting off fewer or no fireworks

Notification from Ningbo Civilize Organ Construction office on February 4th said that officials should take the lead in having a civilized Spring Festival and setting off fewer or no fireworks.
Manager from the office said that the proposal of “having a festival with fewer fireworks” was widely approved by officials as they thought it was a party member’s responsibility. He also mentioned that in order to require party members to take the lead, the proposal would be sent to other organs and units, including Daxie, Ningbo Free Trade Zone (NFTZ), Dongqian Lake Resort, etc.
