2015 Reading Festival kicked off on April 23. In the following month, Ningbo Book City will launch a series of activity to present a culture banquet for the people.
During the activity, many writers will come to Ningbo, including returned overseas writer Wang Fei, Health Care Expert Yangli, Professor Yang Yongsheng from Tianjin Fine Arts Institute, famous collector Wang Jialong, writers Zhang Hongjie, Xiong Peiyun, Yang Yinlu. They will either have autographed sale or share their stories with the readers.
Besides, famous domestic and foreign writers of children literature will also bring their new books to Ningbo. They will have close exchange with the children about reading and writing on the campus. The writers include Pigtail Sister Yu Yujun, King of animal novels Shen Shixi.
Thanks to the east wind of public reading activity, Ningbo Book City will launch moonlight reading activity. Since May 8, it will prepare different programs like reading salon, classics interpretation, music show of ancient musical instruments, and lectures about speech in the report hall on the fourth floor.
The traditional program in Book City—Ningbo Book City Classroom will also provide 20 classes during the activity.
In addition, Book City will also launch experimental book purchase like custom-made books and gift box.
